    LOL, it's all about now not about the past. Maybe you need someone like me to talk shit to you. I run my best when I'm pissed off. So far I only need to run about 11.3 and 23.00 to beat you..??

    Just did about 5x100 to warm up and stretch

    Had a good spped workout
    3x20 bs isorobic exer. The rope broke on the 3rd set.
    5x50m bs Felt real good. I felt the speed really kick in at about the 50 mark.
    med ball
    5x superman, overhead throws. 2x san pit bounds

    weight room
    hclean-4x135 3x185 3x185
    Squat- 2x4x315
    gm-2x135x8.

    Felt great got a meet at UM sat. Gonna run the 1 2 and 4x1.

    You know im one of those guys at work with a gallon of water at all times. For some reason chicks love that. lol. But naw I dont do much gaterade. I know it would help. I think the reason I cramped saturday was cause I didnt get a good stretch after the 4x1. I just sat down to try and recover. It was a mistake I will not make again.
