I mention this in my journal - that I felt doing nothing but sled pulls in the first month didn't have much impact on my sprinting performance at this point of my career. I felt doing more unresisted sprint work is much more important at this point. Very similar to how your training should look a lot more specfic at this point in your career - 1: because the general shit don't give much reward 2: at your age you can't do everything and recover from it.
My damn freelap watch fell apart. still trying to contact them, I also bought a jakwa which I have yet to get to work. Just doing tempo now until I am cleared to sprint again. THis season is done. Next season I want to run more 200's and work on getting that time down again also.

I know some others on this site has ordered jawku hopefully they can share their experiences. You got it made - nice weather and can train hard year round... I'm dealing with cold weather and can't sprint in the cold.... Put together a solid training plan and get ready for Canada.
