Techs not bad if I say so, Oh I forgot I dropped the snatch in favor up snatch grip pulls. THe full snatch aggravates my shoulder.
My pclean form is great. I do the full cleans.
THe tempo I may do once a week.

I would have made my weights flow right into gpp once healthy - ex more general like 3x10 etc. Another option would have been a density setup because it would have gotten you into shape without running. EX: Mon: pc 20x2 r 60s, bsq 10x5 r 60 - you could have progressed the sq/bp 10x5 10x4 10x3 3x3 unload - pc/sn 20x2 15x2 10x2 etc. Another option instead of tempo would be to do acceleration work on the bike - lower the seat and set the resistance high and go for short intervals.

MVP program with burpees: maybe 20-40 burpees could prep you to do 15-30 fish hook grip cleans(the ones with weight light enough so you do just a slight hoppish heel raise and end up almost upright at the top of the fast catch lol)

-foot placement wouldn't move much at all, maybe aim for weights of 115-185lbs for this strength endurance.

-I thought some of the HSI members were doing them like this with Carmelita jeter also doing them in that fashion.

    Why the heel raise?

The weight should be so light for the power levels of the micro cycle, that it's just like an activation or warmup with 2x15-30reps

I had a similar injury to Chris - I would prefer to play if safe and do nothing with the leg... When in doubt - REST...

Drop those olympic lifts. You been doing power cleans for years now - if your tech was better you should be lifting alot more weight. I would love to a see video of you performing the power cleans. I was a big power clean guy (330lbs) but at my age now I just don't see the point. I prefer to spend those resources on sprinting and other things closer to sprinting (jumps/throws). Also it's not worth the risk - your hands/wrists/elbows/shoulders/low back takes a beating when doing those lifts.

IVe gone up to 275 cleaning. I havent been going heavy on cleans because the last time i did a full clean was maybe 5 years ago. Still getting used to the front squat again. I plan to drop them after this cycle in july
