I have been only able to get two to three pure speed sessions in a month because of the achilles/life issues. (it would hurt when I spiked up) I would spike up only be able to do a few reps then have to stop because of the injury. THen I wouldnt be able to do nothing again for a few days because it was sore.
So majority of my track work has been longer speed (120's in flats) and tempo.

The last 3 weeks my achilles has gotten to the point where I can now do more speed work and spike up more. I found something that seems to really help.

I got that massager which is excellent and cheap and started working that area around the achilles based on the video and it has made the biggest difference. Im also doing lots of calf massaging daily, heel drops and calf stretching, but that made the biggest difference. So Now I can spike up, do a rep. I have to take the shoe off then put it back on when im ready to run again and go again. But the achilles recovers faster and I can train again earlier.

I still have yet to get some good pure speed/block sessions in because of work. But I should now be able to get more speed sessions in starting this week. Have meets coming up each week which will serve as a fast practice session. Dont really care much about times right now, just want to get ready for next summer in Canada.

Im down to 167, so the summer goal is getting leaner, and as fast as possible before meets run out in July. And have fun!!!!

11.6 got some work to do to be ready for next summer. Finnally got achilles pain to tolerable so I can train in spikes more than once a week. Hopefully I can get into a lo 11 by the end of this season. Lane 1

Not sure how much training you been doing or what type but if you haven't been training much those times aren't bad for the 100m.... The 100m is a different animal - you gotta train hard unlike the 60m.
