    Thought you were powerlifting from last year comments. I don't have any interest in track and field training until the spring another reason why I haven't been around much. All about powerlifting and putting up big numbers - increase my 3rm deadlift by 50lbs in the past month 2 days ago. Block pulls, pause deads, and def pulls are helping a ton.

    What are your deads looking like? Ive been doing mid thigh pulls. Hit 275 but it wasnt as clean as Id like. Ive also been wearing a 12 pound vest each gym session. My deads im up around 400 right now

    565 for 3. I do use straps because the golf elbow is back.

    DL 3x4 80-85% or 3rm (first set was too easy - did another set)
    Blk pulls 2x4x80-85%
    Hypers 3x10
    Abs x100

    The training is hard... My bench press need some serious work.

    I need to buy some chalk. My bench has been ads for years. I memba banging out 275 for reps. Now I struggle with 260. I do pulls, deads, back we'd and sundayvits pulls squats pull ups and stiff legs dead

    I had a 3rm on the bench yesterday and it didn't go well - ill try again week 3 on my next heavy bench session. I could list a gang of excuses why things didn't go well yesterday morning but I need to bring it on the 3rm back squat tomm.

    This is the golfers elbow - mainly hurt when gripping/hanging (deads, pullups, lat pd etc)

    I hear compression cuffs may help. I had the same issue in both elbows for over 4 months last offseason.
