    IF he can drop a low 4.3-4.2 it will make him that much more valuable. But IMO he needs to be at trindon holliday speed to get a good shot. He is no where close to that. And trindon is a free agent now.

    2 week mini aerobic capacity block. From there we will move to a 4 week alactic capacity block (high volume hill work with incomplete recovery and density strength training twice a week). The other 2-3 days will put a focus on tempo work using various methods (running, biking, swimming, GS circuits, Med ball circuits etc)

    Week 1:
    Mon: 10x10 wb r3m 10x15
    Thur: 2x5x30 r 2/3

    Week 2:
    Mon: 10x10 wb r3m 10x20
    Thur: 2x5x40 r2/3

    Week 3:
    Mon: 10x20 r 60 r3m 10x30
    Thur: 2x5x50 r2/3

    Week 4:
    Mon: 8x20 60/3m 10x30 r90s
    Thur: 2x4x50 r2m`
