    4x60 (60) 7m with 5-6m (chilly)
    Running A's 3x30

Friday workout was done at nc state the middle school finally locked the track. The 400's were 5-8sec faster this week. Things are coming along great - 4 more weeks of hard training. Next block the depth jumps will go up to 36 and early indoor 40in. Couple months ago I made it a priority to condition my mid section and so far it's working great....

Win or Lose...you've got balls to put it out there and before...the game. Much respect!
Over the years...most of the picks you post are Gold.
I do a lot of live play unders. Won 3 unders in NHL today. Did that with baseball for 2 team parlays quite a bit this past Season... over 40% with those. I create my own schedule so I am able to watch paint dry if needed lol.
Better than wasting time on social media.
Time to get out of COUP...rode that since $50/share.
I rode the Boise St over this past Sat. til I couldn't anymore lol won that over and over ...on the over ha

Bro, I been in the game for awhile now... I have lost $25,000 on a single game in the past.. It's very similar to working the stock market - if the market crash you don't go home and blow your head off. Go home and have a nice glass of wine with your wife and get ready to go back to work!!! The biggest thing is never changing your strategy - I can always take a lost if I stick to my baseline principles.

    Thursday: 300
    Warmup S
    2x30fd

    Running A's 3x30 (45sec) I hate this damn drill - harddd!!!!
Depth jumps 4x5x30 (bumping these up to 36in next block)
    Weights:
    General strength: Extended 30/30

    Friday: 1200
    Warmup JR
    3x400 r10m (5sec faster this week)
Circuit B Abs 3x100 (didn't feel like it)

My lady helping me turn all this raw strength into POWER!!!

Best week of training so far - runs felt fast and fresh!!!! I think all the depth jumping and lifting is helping me feel springy and elastic again. I'm using a different track now with no nearby hills and don't feel like dragging the sled to the track therefore I have dropped all hills/sled pulls - not happy about this at all... Hrv and readiness scores was high all week. Monday and Thursday workouts I usually don't get home to around 930-10pm because I can't use the track until 6pm. Thank god I only have one more 3x400 workout (giving me some serious confidence if nothing else)!!! My wife experienced some issues with her pregnancy this week, hopefully things turn around for her third visit next Thursday - no matter how small the baby is you can't help but get attached...

Found this quote in the doc office... “A person's a person, no matter how small.”
