I'll take 7.3 for my opener... I don't have any starting blocks gonna use Charlie advice when it comes to the blocks etc.

First special endurance session today. Woke up this morning feeling pretty good. I can finally say I'm starting to feel fit from a general fitness standpoint. One of my small goals over these next several months is to work on my midsection conditioning with a lot of med ball abs and general strength circuits. Hrv is solid and hoping for a solid training session. Three straight days of green after waking up red on Monday morning.. No bets since Sunday make you wonder how stressful gambling is on the body... lol

    Hrv: 70.5
    RHR: 61.9
    Readiness: 9/Green

Where do you go for bets? Las Vegas? I’m a two hour drive away from Reno.

Two mass shootings in the past 48hrs and the biggest in my home state..... Thank you donald!!!!

All the crazy "white" people carrying out these mass shootings are here, not across the border. Do I believe that we need to change laws to insure we aren’t handing government funds and jobs to people who didn’t take the proper steps to come here legally... absolutely. But don’t keep using the phrase “protecting our borders” because we have more than enough crazy that comes from within.

People want you to support this clown... smh

As the nation reeled from two mass shootings in less than a day, President Donald Trump spent the first hours after the tragedies out of sight at his New Jersey golf course, sending out tweets of support awkwardly mixed in with those promoting a celebrity fight and attacking his political foes.
