This week I am doing 540m of sprint work, 28 jumps, and 10 throws. I started collecting my cold weather data so I can compare apples to apples. No point in comparing my warm weather times to my cold weather times. Meets or no meets I will continue to train and be ready when meets return at some point in 2021. Over these cold months I will probably alternate between strength and power blocks while keeping the speed to twice a week. Basically, adding horsepower while trying to stay lean.
Side note - I was on the low side in choosing my clean max. Should have gone 15-20lbs heavier but I wanted to make sure my tech was solid and did not want any missed reps.
