By far my slowest week of sprinting in a long time, Monday 0.04 and today 0.1 off from my fastest. The weather was similar two Sunday's ago rainy and very damp not ideal weather for pr sprinting. Weights easy work.. Not much more to say - time to recover.
Side note – over the past 7-10days my weight has gone from 170 to 175lbs. Seems typical when gummy bears enter my house.

I’ll share my experience with it soon. It is the closest thing to a magical workout that I have found.
No way to do it right if one is not in absolute tip top sprinting shape. Used it as a final touch. Incredible gains 2 weeks after.
