Monday:
Warmup S
4x30 (timed) r4-5m
MB: x5 (ohb, blf)

I passed the test today - going into the session I had a time in mind I needed to hit to avoid the emergency deload and I passed the test. I have another timed session on Wednesday, I need to put together another solid session. Exactly one month ago at this point in the week I was 0.06 slower - my body is usually loaded in the deload week and the first week back to normal training I'm usually trying to regain fitness etc., the second week back is usually my fastest week. This was exactly what I needed – let’s see how my legs feel over the next 48hrs.

Recovery... Legs feel good this morning - I was starting to get concerned late last week because my legs felt like training camp legs. Old school training camp not what these kids call training camp today.

When in doubt - SLEEP MORE!!! Old John Smith comment from a very old VHS tape - he said when in doubt REST!!! 20yrs old but still true!!!

Anyways, I put that info you gave to use this past NHL season. Many times with the Team down 1-0 and still won. Not so much with MLB this Season bc I sat out awhile and waited for things to settle down.

Here's one of my nuggets for the ppl that follow your journal.

Tokyo Yakult Swallows under 3.5 runs. I'm 8 for the last 9. They were shut-out this morning. They usually get 3.5 runs but last night, they were given 2.5 runs. betonline sports. If someone wants to buy an insurance run they can do so as bovada.
Bovada stinks for watching live plays as they are too far behind/lag. They are outstanding for parlays (buying points/runs) and odds at times. You can use betonline for live but then go to bovada to parlay unders and get nearly 3 to 1 odds on two teams. I do it all the time.

Lol just fkn with ya. We all have our own goals and Families. If one’s goal is to set-up their kids future with such a plan. Great! Honorable.
Getting rentals for the kids to have cash flow is another way. So many ways nowadays to get er done.

Randy Arozarena Is someone special man. Badass player. A real joy to watch.
I love how he can flip his wrists.
Last October I accidentally hit a homerun in a softball game. We were over the limit for homeruns as a team thanks to me lol. Playoffs. We beat the undefeated team at the time.
I come up and just want to bloop it over the Shortstop. Well, 350 feet later, the ball lands over the fence. The softball swing is more like chopping wood.
Ever see Daryl Strawberry hit a high fast ball. Now that is how you swing for softball.
