Great session today! Week 3 with a loaded body I was able to validate my times from last week - my fastest run today was 0.01 slower but overall, the avg times were 0.01 faster. Upright portion of the runs felt sick (light - easy - bouncy)!!! Time to recover and get ready for Thursday session.
