    Wednesday:
    Warmup S
3x70 (timed) slow times = less rest (only 7mins)
    1a: Power clean 4x2x80% 1rm (too easy)
    1b: Depth jumps 4x4x18in
    Snatch deadlift 2x3 365
    Bench press 3x3x85% of 3rm
    Db rev lunge 2x5 85
    Pullups 2x10

By far my slowest week of sprinting in a long time, Monday 0.04 and today 0.1 off from my fastest. The weather was similar two Sunday's ago rainy and very damp not ideal weather for pr sprinting. Weights easy work.. Not much more to say - time to recover.

Side note – over the past 7-10days my weight has gone from 170 to 175lbs. Seems typical when gummy bears enter my house.

Asian Sports = have been very very good to me.

lkh was right about that one workout he posted about 10 years ago.
I’ll share my experience with it soon. It is the closest thing to a magical workout that I have found.
No way to do it right if one is not in absolute tip top sprinting shape. Used it as a final touch. Incredible gains 2 weeks after.

Almost forgot, did the bookie take care of you or do I need to follow up with them. Made the depo there.

No. Don't worry about it - you only have 24hrs to do it after dep.

Good to know. I do a lot of very creative parlays. I usually don’t ever post them. Not giving away free ideas. I was 14 of 16 including swallows since the Auburn BS call. Made another bad call this morning in Tennis. I ignored the numbers and went with the guy who burned me last time. Dang it! Hey man, I’m allowed stupid mistakes.
