    SPP - Week 9 (21):
    Monday: 360
    Warmup B
    4x30 3pt
    4x60 3pt (50)
    Jumps for distance 4x4
Bino x4 (height, ohb, blf, hop ohb, hop blf)
    Weights:
    General strength: Ringo x15

Over the next 4-8 weeks I turned my weights over to a female coach who is influenced by Tony Wells and out of respect for her I won't be posting them on facebook or my online journals. Shitty session - moving on don't feel like talking about it.

    Tuesday:
    Warmup W
    Rower 10(60on/60off) Going 60/60 instead of 60/120
    Circuit A Abs 3x100

    Recovery!!!!

Got about 8 weeks to drop another 5lbs. I should enter indoor season somewhere between 176-178 and by outdoor I should be 170-175lbs. I got to make the most of this season because going to Canada won't happen this year.

You were planning on coming to Canada this year? Or do you mean in 2020 for Masters?

    How tall are you?

Do you mean make the most of the indoor season as you're not going to WMA2020??

Why would the strength programme be secret?

I've just finished writing my programme up until the indoor comp season (Weights and Track outlines) I'm looking forward to what the year brings for sure.

Yep, not gonna be able to make it. Found out my wife is expecting our 2nd child. I was going to make it a family trip next summer - won't happen with a new born and I don't wanna leave her alone with 2 small kids. Good note is I should have at least 7-8 indoor meets and about the same for outdoors a lil more than I was expecting.
