I bet every single sport. I just follow my numbers. I'm hoping to hit a 100k parlay this football season.

Cool. Well done. Expanding sports over here.
Going to get a light work out on my shoulders.
300lbs hip thrusts as well. They are easy work for me now. Maintenance work.
Some speed work and accelerations should come in in tomorrow nights softball game. If not, Iíll get it in tue. Night followed by squats.
I love speed, man. Working on starts and acceleration is extremely fun for me.

All the crazy "white" people carrying out these mass shootings are here, not across the border. Do I believe that we need to change laws to insure we arenít handing government funds and jobs to people who didnít take the proper steps to come here legally... absolutely. But donít keep using the phrase ďprotecting our bordersĒ because we have more than enough crazy that comes from within.
I am so very sad and sorry for the enormous and ongoing loss due to gun violence. Not just in the USA by the way but it's certainly one of the worst cases of senseless crime. It sickens me to think this can be avoided and prevented but I do not believe the people will ever relinquish what they feel it is their right and privilege to carry guns.

What does the green and 10 score have to say about the depth jumps and your sore achilles? I am assuming that's a good score but it's curious about how you feel or perceive how your achilles is feeling. Thoughts?

Notice trump and the media always has excuses for these fools. They have mental issue, they are lone wolves...How many lone wolves make up a pack?

My achilles was sore before I even touched a depth jump. Last Monday towards the beginning/mid of my speed session I felt some discomfort on a scale 1-10 - probably a 2. If anything its from the lower leg issues I been dealing with since last spring.

Too bad - site never allows me to attach pictures..
