    This block will have 1880 of speed, 60 jumps, and 141 throws. Avg: 313 speed per session, 20 jumps, 15 throws. First day taking the fat burners the goal is to stay on them for 8 weeks before moving to a 8 week cycle of yams and plantains. The fat burners always make the workout tougher because they elevate the heart rate....

    Very nice run. I’m like 7-1 the last 48 hours. But, not the same. Your calling of the dogs to win is getting that bonus money lol. Lost the dang under on tigers game live by 1 with a 9th inn homer.

    Fat burners? Those along with sports betting? Have you ever planned on 8 weeks and cut it short before?

    I prefer to be in a calm state at all times. I don’t even drink anything with caffeine.

    I used the fat burners last year when rehabbing my injuries and was only able to do upper wts and tempo runs - I was able to drop 10lbs. I'm a 175lbs and would like to drop another 5 over these next several months. I decided to drop the fat burners because I didn't like how they felt with the speed work.
