My upper body wasn't totally recovered for this session but I was still able to hit a decent single. Mon: Recovery work; Tue: rest
** BW holding steady 175ish.
** I like the machine shoulder press work - much easier on my shoulders and feel good overall. Def something I can do long term vs Oh barbell press I can only tolerate for short periods of time.
