    Rdl 3x5 (increase 30lbs) short rest 60-90s
Db support row 3x10 (increase 5lbs) short rest 30-45s

This week I am doing 685m of sprint work, 120 jumps, and 48 throws. Slowly increasing the weight on the bar - the lower body strength should return soon. Getting tired of sprinting on grass but I'm thinking long term.

certain it was you but maybe it was just the acronym for it and not the link. My apologies for sending you on a wild goose chase, man.

I also came across it a few months ago.
Keywords I remember were Military, mental, circuit is all I can remember.

One of the reasons I want to look it up is to compare it to what I do now. I have very healthy shoulders which is not common for the athletes my age who lift Heavy for the compound movements-bench, squat, rows. No TRT, no Stem cells, etc. I don’t really stretch much either other than micro stretching for my quads once a week.

One of the things I do that makes me feel good is to work out my shoulders all the time with high reps. Oftentimes, 3 days in a row...and sometimes 2-3 sets in the am and another 4-5 sets in the pm. I do 3-5 sets of 22 for the Military press using a curl bar and only 65 lbs. I do them with little rest and really only focus on my breathing. I’m going to try and do 100 reps here soon to see if I can get that focused. I’ll need someone else to count for me. If I get in the zone, I believe I can do it. If I don’t, I’ll try again in Sep. I also do a lots of pull-ups. These are my chicken soup exercises.

I’m really big into circulatory work especially after I feel banged up from speed work the day before. Fitness and the right supportive work along with breathing correctly to lower my HR to recover well. HR is low 40s often. Charlie was so far ahead of his time it’s just crazy.

If the post doesn’t make sense. I’m on my smartphone and was interrupted several times. Sheesh.

All my shoulder work is high rep only. The other movements are a superset of two excercises.

    @balance
My recollection of most military body weight circuits is they seem biased towards the selection exercises. A lot of push ups pull ups and sit ups. For obvious reasons.
But lack traditional squat lunge etc type work that you would see in the sports training programmes. Or any of the dynamic type of jumping movements used by RB which you see in so many low volume hi quality sprint workouts.

It wasn’t a Military program per se. It was just a great way to shake things up and it was also used by the Military types as well. I figured that since I’m taking a break for two months I want to see what else is out there for me to try.
I’ve got the sprinting, explosive jumps/throws, weights down. Just not the time for it. Well actually, I’m continuing to lift but at around 75-80% of my 1 max rep. I’ll take a 2-3 week break from lifting in mid. Sep.
will start back up on Oct. 1st with no softball to deal with.

Just not the time for it = not during my two month break. I could not edit.
It is very difficult to post from a smartphone on this site.
Get kicked off very quickly. Have to copy and paste after logging back in.
Will have to draft an email and copy and paste from there now.
