    I was supposed to do more volume on the bounds but bad weather and the condition of my body it was best to repeat last week numbers. The first 3 months I'm allowing my body to gradually get use to the bounds over distance and then slowly work my way up to 9x90m. No rush!!! Slow cook!!!



    Shitty weather today - rain and cloudy. I hate doing speed/power work in cloudy weather - def kills my vibe!!! I'll take 90 and sun shine everyday!!!

    Decided to keep the volume the same once again. Before adding volume, I'm looking for things to feel/look a certain way. It's hard to get locked in for these upper body sessions because I get so locked in on Sun and Thur the vibe feels much different on Tue and Fri. It doesn't help either that my bench feels shitty. My bench press always suffers doing indoor prep and takes off indoor/outdoor comp.
