They were 4 teamers that had over +1000 so not much.

Did not feel great today. Not much sleep leading into this session, slightly dehydrated, and stress levels were elevated from tons of sports betting. As you can see my HRV score is not very good with a low readiness score. Keep chopping wood!!
I may not be running blazing times, but I am very happy with how things are going. This is the longest I been able to train and stay healthy - about 5 months now. Tony Holler said it best - Training pays off in “6 weeks to 6 months to 6 years” … what we do today will not change us tomorrow. Ironically, speed development is slow growing (“speed grows like a tree”). This time next year things should be great!! I have always been interested in making long money instead of taking quick money.
