    I do know an local athlete who races in Master's races who did run a fake WR time to beat one of Gault's Records. Timer was off. Not even close in the Final. Something like High 11s or so in the Final.

    I’m not. Was a windy time for sure. Matches her other best times if you add the correct wind reading.

    She smashes the 200WR in the OLY Games but is no where near 10.49 legal at the same Games.

    Btw, what is the name of the bookie you use again? Haven’t used the site in awhile.

    I’m starting to bet bigger on the games I think will be blowouts. Didn’t make sense to continue an outdated way of thinking.

    Db rev lunge 2x6x70

    Only had 40mins to get the lifting done - decided to cut 2 sets from the rdl's and 1 from the rev lunges.
