    Band Glute bridge 2x12
    Russian lean 2x4
    Seated hip flex 2x10/3s hold at top
    Ab bridge 2x30s
    Side bridge 1x30s
    Ab wheel 2x7

    One more workout and week 2 will be in the books!!

    Incline bench 3x10x85 10rm
    Db row 3x10

    Best running session all week. Timed several of the runs they came in between 12-14sec. Week 2 in the books - these next two weeks the volume of the runs goes up and the intensity of weights cont to climb. #keepstackingbricks
