Post workout meal - easter candy and rice krispie treats... Solid session today nothing groundbreaking just good ole solid work. I haven't done 10's since the fall of 2018 - oh boy they will whip you into shape quick!!! Both of my calves are sore today from yesterday's soft tissue session - took away some of the quality from today's running session. Going to relax and get ready to eat some good ole fired chicken later today!!!

Will be a sub for only one team now. Found out the Monday night team has a player on there that embarrassed himself and us in late 2019. He verbally got into an altercation with the young lady umpire during one of our games and then proceeded to get to her behind the fence. This pathetic dude had to be held back. I refuse to play with a dude of such low moral and emotional character. They’ll probably go 1-7 now and shot at in the parking lot after one of the games.
Have some Family here for a week. I’m sure I’ll eat some good ole fire chicken also soon. It’s Chicken Mole tonight. Haven’t had chicken in awhile.

Glutes not as sore as last week but the hamstrings were a little stiff this morning. Overall, I'm feeling good - injuries are slowly getting better and I'm wayyyyy ahead of where I was at last year currently. Still playing around with the gpp template I'm planning on starting next month.

The jumps are still in the air - if my knees continue to progress, I may add some easier uphill jumps in gpp if not I'll continue with my original plan with no jumps. The goal is to keep the main thing the main thing and that is sprinting. Not worth risking injuries with jumping if it takes me away from the main thing (sprinting). The first 3 months of prep will have a large focus on developing max strength because my goals in the weight room is still getting the squat back up to 455+, clean 300+ at a bodyweight of 170-173lbs while not taking away from the speed work.
