Recovery day and final workout tomorrow of the first week. Forgot to note Sunday bench press is a feet up bench. I believe if you want a big raw bench you need to develop strength off the chest. You can do that by hitting some direct chest work (db flies etc.), pauses off the chest, or developing more strength in the pecs by using wide grip bench or feet up presses. My bench press grip is close which cause me to develop more triceps than pecs - feet up presses and wide grip helps this issue.

Normally I would use a 3+1 loading setup, but this block I decided to use a 4+1 loading setup. Regardless of the fatigue I will still test my 30’s at the end of this block for tracking purposes.
