    Another bounce back session!! Thursday track session was better but I needed a bounce back session on the cleans/squats. I decided to keep the sled weight very light this year hopefully this allows me to get all the work in without hindering my lower hamstring tendons.

    I have an idea. Why doesn’t track and field talk with the camera crews and everyone involved with the decision making to cover the first half of the race from the nosebleed section of the stadium.

    This way, they can continue to F things up. 10.49 bro.
