I have a live-play on Rutgers also. Missed fg by M gives me a chance.

How much was your liberty parlay worth?

I had two. One was liberty ML and one was liberty +4.5.
They were 4 teamers that had over +1000 so not much.

I was going to go big in the under but got distracted. Didn’t write it down.
I need to focus on business these next few months.

    Sunday: mid 60's/wind 3mph

    Warmup S

    5x30 (3pt) timed

    Single leg hops left/right/forward 2x5

    Jump squat 3x10x15%

    Rdl 3x5x75%

    Back squat 3x5x75%

Did not feel great today. Not much sleep leading into this session, slightly dehydrated, and stress levels were elevated from tons of sports betting. As you can see my HRV score is not very good with a low readiness score. Keep chopping wood!!

I may not be running blazing times, but I am very happy with how things are going. This is the longest I been able to train and stay healthy - about 5 months now. Tony Holler said it best - Training pays off in “6 weeks to 6 months to 6 years” … what we do today will not change us tomorrow. Ironically, speed development is slow growing (“speed grows like a tree”). This time next year things should be great!! I have always been interested in making long money instead of taking quick money.

Quote of the week: “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second-best time is now.” – Chinese Proverb
