I've just purchased some Maca powder. Supposed to taste like you're eating a tree.... But I've heard great stories.

Not sure how I'll notice if the gland is better, but there are Questionnaires online to indicate potential low usage of adreneal glands.
I guess that will do? I'll post up in a day or two. Then retest monthly perhaps.
