I am alot better as a two foot jumper than a 1 foot jumper, what weightlifting, track excersises should i do to improve my 1 foot jumping?

2. Does anyone have any good videos that would help me practice the high jump form? and any suggestions on how to learn the form well?





I am 16, 5 foot 7, I can dunk on any 10 foot hoop when I have alot of adrenaline, i got a 38 inch standing vertical.
