    Re: 2018 races

Sometimes the brethren get caught up in primitive accelerative short recovery accels(10-40m).... They still always transition out of it to faster frequencies with less starts per session and longer...

The weight should be so light for the power levels of the micro cycle, that it's just like an activation or warmup with 2x15-30reps

    Re: 2018 races

Regarding jeff demps and his 10.10 it's good that he's matched trae williams for the year, and that he seems ready to get PR this year. I honestly think jeff demps is one of those guys capable of...

Asafa hill training video, it's 2years ago, looks like one of the longest steepest hills we've seen him run. The grade reminds me of the seb coe videos from the 70s, born to run!

Shit I'm going to laugh if he goes sub 31 soon this season, in Ostrava or south africa(wherever whenever)

He sort of seems wound up tight like Michael Johnson when he runs, backside frequency...

I'll give him at least a 19.4x-19.5x, but I wouldn't put it past him as we don't know what these speed endurance realms yield in conjunction with a long stride and momentum(and his rhythmn)....since...

If we go back to just last year how did his Powell 9.81 differ from his personal best of 9.72(set 7years ago in 2008). It was only the frequency and top speed which seems down, looking at his 9.81...
