    plyometric and shoes?

    I've been wondering why my joggers are not lasting this year. Back a year ago when training for distance events my shoes were lasting perhaps longer than now and the km run each week are vastly less....

    Nearly ontop of the hip issue - It's now only really very deep muscle issue - hard to reach by myself, hard to find anybody worth their weight to get in that deep....
