    Re: 2015 races

I've had my fair share of sprint spikes in my 15 years of competing and i've spent some silly money in the hope of dropping some serious 10ths..I was one of the first to buy those SP's just after the...

Considering the difference in weather and what seems a favourable wind I would have thought he would have broken his 150m WR.

    Re: Lolo

This seems to be really big amongst sprinters right now. A few Uk guys have made the switch to Bobsled are are doing well. Smart move really as you get funding from it.

Re: T&F Athletes Assn goes global

From my knowledge appearance fees are usually given to Medalists and Finalists of Championships. The amount would then depend on podium finish, status etc. I find it slightly ironic that some of the...

Re: Glen Mills the first coach to.....

I find it funny that information that Charlie prescribed over 15 years ago in CFTS gets recycled and reclaimed! All these things are mentioned in the Sprint Technique part on pages 15 and 16.

Re: Dwain Chambers slow but great race

He was cursing because of the time that showed up having run eyes balls out gun to tape for a spot in the Olympic Team. I would have said the same myself.

Re: Dwain Chambers: Why such a radical change?

I'd say its due to Dwain being fussy about coaching that not many have been associated with him. He's been coached by one the best (in my eyes) technical coaches in Remi. Its hard to be coached by...

Re: Dwain Chambers: Why such a radical change?

One word. Coaching. I refuse to hear the BS about age etc. Kim Collins is still doing it as was Linford Christie. Gatlin is 30 and was away for 4 years..T-Slow, I have also noticed the huge drop off...
