    Re: Chris6878's journal.

This is my passion. I would do it with little or no return. I love it. I will teach my kids because they don't teach it in school. They main criteria for my process and time frame is between the ears.

    Some are legit. Many aren't.

    LK

    YY is crooked most likely.

    GSX is crooked.

I still trade them but nothing more than swings.

That is one of the things he said he would do. End the continuous wars that have been part of our economy largely since WWII. Obviously, you have to have military around the world all of the time...

Agree with most of your comments.

Sorry bro, but both parties are one in the same.

The R will start some nonsense over the next 4 years just like D did the previous. Both parties pander to the emotions of the average citizen.

Yep. He would've won had he attempted to unite. Not many believe Biden is capable and he's just another career politician.

Trump apparently got highest black vote percentage in decades.

That's who I was referring to. If he ran the 60 at the bobsled thing I'm 99% sure it is with a 3m or so start before timer starts. Can't remember exactly.

I think that program was from a Canadian bobsledder that got popped. He had some pretty freakish stats if i recall.

If sprint volume is decently high (800m or so a week) especially if doing hills or sleds, I have no problem keeping strength.

Agree. Didn't do any lower body lifting for three months, only sprints and a few jumps. Just decided to fool around with a deadlift and was able to lift a lot more than three months prior.

Yeah, on speed days if I do lower weights. Sometimes I skip lower weights. When I do them it’s usually kind of halfassed. Linear progression down to say 3x2-3.

I've been doing this lately as an older runner.

    Speed - 400m+
low int day - boxing drills, bjj drils, upper weights
Ext tempo - 12x100 or 4x350 + gs circuits, sometimes add 10min more of pool...
