    He tore his ACL in training camp (august 2010) by Xmas he was squatting 405 for sets of 5 - hard worker.... Cohen is a much better athlete.

    Starting my deload week this week - two strength blocks down two more to go!!!

    1: Had a big increase in my 3rm deadlift.

    2: 30lb increase in my 3rm back squat.

    565 for 3. I do use straps because the golf elbow is back.

    DL 3x4 80-85% or 3rm (first set was too easy - did another set)
    Blk pulls 2x4x80-85%
    Hypers 3x10
    Abs x100

    This is why recovery methods (ice baths,contrast showers etc) should be saved for deload weeks.

    I just need to repeat what I did my third month and stay healthy and I feel confident things will click for me.... If you are racing I def would do some speed endurance work.
