    Nice. I like doing wall drills with my son to get the feel of low heel recovery and knees to the chest in accel.

    I had PF for awhile and it still flares back up. Taping it or tying a real tight strap around my heel, plus stiff hiking type boots is the only thing that has worked.

    It was unbearable at times....

    What jean brand, seriously?

    If you do sprints and lift any lower body I don's see how anyone fits into most brands unless you get the waist 2 sizes bigger.

    Iíve been able to bump up the volume a little in my own training.

    Speed day:
    10,10,20,30,30
    3x20 (efe)
    2x60 (30m limit)

    Spd end day:
    4x30
    4x60 incomplete recovery (20m limit)

    I spent less than $1,000 on my stuff.

    I bought a new but cheap rack and bench. Cheap bumpers, used weights. I can do Oly lifts I desired.

    Great plan. I basically do the above except I have introduced speed work and don't do any tempo running at the moment. We have progressed from 10y - 50y in speed work and I will probably cap it there...

    I sprint in cleats on grass or field turf.

    Screwed up my heel doing standing triple jump in some puma Clyde style shoes. Just being stupid.

    I love taking my kids to the track or gyms that allow it. I did it for years when my kids were little and doing it again training together.

    What kind of shoes did you get?!

    My son did gymnastics at a really young age, it was great.

    He broke his femur a couple years back and it set it held him back a lot. Same

    I couldnít do the Collins method I donít believe, mainly I really like short to moderate distance sprints.

    I get similar feeling as I do sparring and I donít get that from weights or...
