    I don't mind as a piece to the puzzle not as the primary lower body lift. I would take db rev lunges over trap bar deads.

    I was able to get 2 of the 30s and only 1 of the 40s - second sprint was the fastest. To be honest - didn't feel much different to how things been feeling lately. My first sprint was 0.09 faster...
