    That's a good idea, reducing the speed of them.

    I remember you mentioning HICT, I like to do that as well. Moderate height step ups.

    Have you ever had any issues with grass tempo aggravating lower back?

    I cut my volume to 1000-1200 but man the unevenness of most grass seems to crush me. I've seemed to have had this problem...

    I do the exact same exercises. My accel was best when doing short to moderate distance and 1x per week out to 60. Weights were mtp, cms, some squat, always with a drop off. I could fly.....lol...for...

    I haven't done many treatments. I wrap this tight band around my foot most days.

    The fields are ok, but are super soft this time a year.

    FWIW, I sprinted on grass in spikes, not much plantar fascia pain. Got on the track in spikes two days later, no pain at all.

    The worse problems have come from spongy soled shoes on grass or on...

    Nice. I like doing wall drills with my son to get the feel of low heel recovery and knees to the chest in accel.

    I had PF for awhile and it still flares back up. Taping it or tying a real tight strap around my heel, plus stiff hiking type boots is the only thing that has worked.

    It was unbearable at times....

    What jean brand, seriously?

    If you do sprints and lift any lower body I don's see how anyone fits into most brands unless you get the waist 2 sizes bigger.

    Iíve been able to bump up the volume a little in my own training.

    Speed day:
    10,10,20,30,30
    3x20 (efe)
    2x60 (30m limit)

    Spd end day:
    4x30
    4x60 incomplete recovery (20m limit)
