    Good idea. I have about 5 of them. A mix of isorobic/Apollo/Exergenie.
    Easy to get off eBay for around $40-50 and order a 100’ nylon rope from Home Depot.
    Adding a load sensor later can get one...

    The only time I ever get out of position was during agility work with the family dog and up a slight angle. I wouldn’t punch it though...go all out. Only person to be able to catch the damn dog on...

    Uphill downhill was on hard dirt. Perfect angles there for it.

    2-3 days speed including submax work.

    I did do two days of sprints back to back one week to experiment.
    One day I did fast easy fast low reps and low vol.
    next day, I did easy...

    As you can imagine, I loved and needed the 95% work to get the lifting done after. Easy to lift great after 95% work.

    Bro, I got hurt in an accident late Aug. the right side of my body got wrecked-knee, thigh, shoulder.
    I took 2 months off of lifting. Only did small muscles, etc.
