    7/11 shakeout. Warmed up, did 2x10, 2x20 and a 30. Felt good. Soaked out and rolled everything out. Calves and hams were super sore the next day on 7/12. Took off because of the meet today Wednesday....

    right ankle was killing me. Soaked out in Epsom salt bath.

    7/10 felt a lot better today. Decided on some light tempo and foam rolling. Did 6x100m. Nice and relaxed.

    6/13 Monday tempo

    3x5x100 tempo at 15 secs. 30 secs between reps, 2 mins between sets.


    6/14 tempo

    6x300m at 54. Rolled out and some tightness is going away.

    Hey Voges, I was planning on June 9th but I think I messed up my hamstring, so I'm shooting for a meet on July 20. There are also a few on the 7th and 13th, so hopefully everything is good by then....
