Re: RB34 Training Journal
Sweet. Tnx again.
That’s UFC. Justin just Stopped Tony Ferguson a short while ago.
Won again yesterday as well. Easy call for +102 Stipe M. And check this out...
A’s down by 2 with 2 outs in the top of the 9th. 3 run jack for the lead.
Lost on the Blue Jackets +140 or so. I’ll take that all year long.

This week I am doing 750m of sprint work, 88 jumps, and 36 throws. It was a cooler rainy morning and the grass was wet. The runs did not feel fast, hopefully it was from the wet grass etc. Final loading week and hopefully a solid deload/testing next week. The weights are slowly getting better. Enough talking – time to relax!!!

I did check out the simulation game with a minute left. Nice. Easy cheesy!
I’ve been dealing with a a/c system outage for the last 5 hours. Done.
I would recommend to anyone to take pictures of the system’s capacitors. And get them from Home Depot (online) and have them at the house so when the a/c goes down, you’re ready to take action. Two outside and one in the attic.
No way in heck I’m paying an a/c repair dude for labor after waiting 2-3 days on him. Fixed it today, luckily.
Re: RB34 Training Journal
It took a long time bc I had to go and get the capacitors myself. Family would be miserable if I didn’t solve it. All these repair guys are super busy due to the 109 degree days we’re having here.

There are two different sized ones outside by the fan. One upstairs in the attic. One in the attic gave out followed by the one downstairs.
These little puppies give out, so the Compressor doesn’t come on and stay on to get rid of the heat and pump in the Freon.
It was 90 d upstairs by noon today. Got it fixed soon after.
No bets for me today. Missed the window.
Re: RB34 Training Journal
Btw, I never knew I had a sauna in the house. Free of charge. I went up there in the attic for about 30 min with just shorts and and sweat my butt off. Must have been 160d up there or more.
I might go up there 1-2 times a week from now on til the Summer is over.
Fam will think I lost it.
