Did not feel great today. Not much sleep leading into this session, slightly dehydrated, and stress levels were elevated from tons of sports betting. As you can see my HRV score is not very good with a low readiness score. Keep chopping wood!!
I may not be running blazing times, but I am very happy with how things are going. This is the longest I been able to train and stay healthy - about 5 months now. Tony Holler said it best - Training pays off in “6 weeks to 6 months to 6 years” … what we do today will not change us tomorrow. Ironically, speed development is slow growing (“speed grows like a tree”). This time next year things should be great!! I have always been interested in making long money instead of taking quick money.

That is why in part, why I think Brommel is going to take it to whole new level.
Again, lkh was right about his and others experiences (as well as mine) here who dared to experiment at the right time.
If not patient enough to wait when you are more than ready...one will be out for awhile.

What do you mean? I think the coaching change for Brommel was a great decison.

Brommel stayed healthy. Cautious coming back, took his time. Got great coaching- everything tracked and measured. Great environment, great training, etc.
The extra year will help him more than anyone else imo.
