Decided to play around with some cleans worked up to 275 - it has been 10yrs since I done cleans. Tied my fastest Sunday time in this block - not bad considering it is a deload week with a loaded body and cooler weather. Things went well this morning - therefore I will do some timed 60's on Tuesday or Wednesday. Plan B was if things did not go well to rest all week and reboot the computer.
Still have a ton of improvement to be made. Keeping my head down and going to work.

I also went with Arizona but at -110. Parlayed it with Chiefs.
Also, won with Chiefs at Bovada where one can manipulate the spread big time.
Won T Lopez fight Sat. Night +400. I nearly parlayed it with Clemson -27 Friday night but was too sleepy to pull the trigger.
Game 7 - Won parlay with Dodgers and under. That double play on the braves with no outs and men on 2nd and 3rd saved the day for me.
The Astros game was a good call even though I lost. It was a 50/50 game and I usually take the + money the vast majority of the time. No sweat if they lost. I’d hate it if I went with Rays - $ and they lost. Always with the long term in mind.
That Auburn game call bu me was trash. I remember SC huge upset last year that you called. I jumped on that one. I believe it was +200 also.

I was not going to run today because my feet and legs felt tired all day until around 5pm. Somehow I ended up tying my fastest run in this block but each run after that got slower because I somehow forgot my water at home and was dying from thirst. I been so close to hitting 3.9s but every session it has been something (bad weather, no water etc.). Overall a solid session and a great block of training. I have 2 more months of hard training and will continue to drive up my pc-sq-sdl-bp numbers because as those numbers continue to go up my 30m time should drop.
Still in the process of touching up my next block of training - should be intense esp if the weather holds up.
Time to rest/recover over these next several days - no more training until Sun. Can't wait to get my typical Friday night massage!!!
