These felt like real depth jumps, I never really done depth jumps over an extended time period. The 30in box gave me some serious pop off the ground that the 18 and 24in didn't do. I hate that strength endurance drill - hardddd!!! Overall very good session today!!!

Feel good after running the 400's - still have about another 2inches I would like to drop off my waist. Hopefully for outdoor prep I will able to handle more overall running because I would love to have 2 running tempo days (1 - tempo 200's/ 1 - tempo 300's). I have 7 weeks to go the plan is to introduce some longer sprints into the program. One more week of 60's before bumping up to 80's for 2 weeks and finishing with 3x120's.
