A lot of masters are scared to compete - they will do all the training or talk/dream about racing but get scared to get into the blocks and show out.

Re: RB34 Training Journal
I may continue with the massages over the next 48hrs... My left leg is in good shape, but the right leg can use a little more work esp. on the calves. Overall, I'm excited and ready to start spp!!! This first block of spp I'll still be pushing many of the general components mainly because my elastic abilities are behind this year compared to last year since I couldn’t jump earlier this prep etc.

Got the work in - nothing great today. From a health standpoint I felt good. This will be my second month of heavy jumping. It usually takes about 3 blocks to see the impact of the jumping. I'm predicting around block 5 things should be coming around from a speed perspective. Little longer than I wanted but not a huge deal since my jumping is 2 months behind schedule. From a strength standpoint - the goal is to hit 455 in the deep back squat before putting the squat on maintenance. Keeping my head down and going to work...

Oh a run x20

Retro x20
Dynamic Lunge x20
Stiffness jumps 3x10
Sl bounds 3x20
Starts: 1x20 pushup; 1x30 pushup; 1x30 walkin

Hey bro, this past weekend I used the TTs for MLB and used it for something else…16-2 including F5s. I’ll keep tracking it to get a larger sample size and let you know if I find something there via DM.

Which site? Are you doing any paid fantasy football leagues?

I use the same two that you said you don’t like- betonline and Bovada.
No, I don’t do any Fantasy Leagues. I never looked into it. Is it high ROI?
Re: RB34 Training Journal
Also, is there a way you know of to go back to the beginning of the Season and check every TT for every game?
A site or a person that can get the info?
