    am bike 8 mins, abs, 100 pushups, calf and ankle flex
    pm tempo 12x100, micro stretch before bed.

    I was a lil stiff during the tempo but not too bad.

    6x20m fly
    weights
    3x4 jump squats...then I stopped. Quad was cramping. forgot my bcaa/carb drink.
    Spoke to one of Ben Johnsons female athletes. He comes down to train her. I have yet to meet him. Ive known her for a few years. Cool chick.
    She was telling some of her workouts and how how he stresses relaxation. THat day she had 2x200 with 20min rest....sounds familiar.

    walk a mile, stretch, ab work and push ups

    12/15
    am abs, bike, push ups

    pm 5x100 tempo, drills, stretch

    thought I was gonna run in a meet saturday, but decided not to ride up after the meet promoter took too long to let us know if the meet was still on.

    Go race or test - let's put all this good training to the test. Are you a big believer in your supplements?

    Should test mid-end of deload week. Weeks 1-3 load, Week 4 deload - test on thur.

    I'll be curious to know if you even need deload weeks every 4th week because your training volume is so low.
