    Gonna start september 1st. Ive been lifting, walking and tempo and a lot of achilles rehab. Im good to go now.

    Body felt excellent today both during the runs and the weights. Been a while since ive felt this good during a workout. Achilles is finally healed up. My groin im finding takes a lil bit to warm up. usually after the first 3x10m its good to go.
    Im gonna do 2 speed sessions per week, 2 tempo sessions and active recovery dynamic flex work in between. Im hoping to get some kinda therapy session in weekly.

    Workout felt good, not as good as sunday but not bad. Didnt feel my hams until I started cleaning. I banged the workout out in 2 hours.
