I expect to be under 4.0 in the next few weeks. I wasnt running 4.1 at all this time last season. Especially not electronic like I am now.

If you are happy with the results then stay on course. I would be kinda upset if it was my training and not improving after several months.... We are talking about acceleration not the 100m dash. Acceleration won't have huge swings like the 100m or other longer races, you could play hard basketball 2-3 days weeks and your 10-30m could improve. If you ran 4.1 throughout outdoors there's no reason you shouldn't be faster now over 30. It doesn't take a lot to improve your 30m time and it won't have huge swings from winter to summer or summer to fall. Hopefully this makes sense.
Training didnt go as planned at all last week. it was either raining, or cold as hell, or both.
after getting back in town the friday before last, I did tempo then blocks on that saturday. Block session was Meh. plus it was cold.
Pretty much did nothing last week but weights and tempo. Did the curve treadmill workout once last week thats no joke. . mon-fri was tempo sessions and weights. every speed session was killed because of weather.
Got a good session in this past saturday finnally.
blocks- 4x10,3x30, 3x60
weights- 3x6 bul split sq
3x8 RDL, abs, push ups.
session was decent overall.
Glutes were sore on sunday. Took complete rest sunday.
Sucks training in the south with no indoor tracks. If I'm not competing I refuse to sprint outdoors in the cold, If i was competing I would try to keep the work submax and distance short most of the time. What type of tempo runs did you do on the curve?
Agreed, all my fast days where destroyed. One day I woke up at 5am to hit the track, took my preworkout, got dressed, walked out side and it was raining...rained the whole day. Planned to try agasin the next day....rained again and the temp dropped to 40 or some shit.
I did 30 sec on 30 off. I think I got like 7 reps in....I was dead. lol I was scared to go to 16mph, thought I would fly off

I'm surprise you haven't been doing any longer runs. With your current situation living in Fl (nice weather) and the outdoor being the primary season I would put my focus on outdoors year round. 8 week gpp - first 4 weeks hills and ext tempo, final 4 weeks hills, ext tempo, int tempo. 12 week spp - 4 week block of split runs before moving to longer special endurance runs 150-250m. It would allow you to run much faster sooner outdoors.
