    It gradually creeped up on me. I will have heel issues each season, but they generally go away. Which is why I kept training. At first it was sore until I warmed up, then it got so bad that I couldnt warm up. THats when I gave up. I havent tried to sprint for a week, but I can walk normally and so Id say im 80-90%.

    Oh im rehabing also. EMS each day, lots of rubs and lotions, pool work, massage, stretching, ultrasound, Scraping....The works. Ill check out the Vit C

    ECC single leg calf raises could help...

    I did some calf raised to day in the pool along with stretching. after initial sorness wore off, it felt good
