    can not wait for the 400 this evening!

    Really hope Makwala can compete after the 'stomach bug' to challenge and maybe push the time a bit



    As for Altis, well I've said it before and stand by it, its just a business model to them! the fewer the medals they get the better imo then hopefully the athlete can realise and move to more dedicated coaches instead of those wanna be damn philosophy students! 'oh shit we fucked up - quick quote the greeks!'

    Makwala now claiming he was never sick and was never tested for the illness :/ very interesting.

    Its a shame because I thought the 400 was anti climatic, everyone expecting a super fast time.

    But can WVN get the double!!!!

    Rb34 was smoking something wacky when he made that statement.
    THey shouldve let the man run.....he was the only real challenge for van in the 4 and 2. Also elaine said she threw up before the 100, but she also said she does that often so it might be normal for her.
    But now the conspiracy people are saying she threw up multiple time before the 100......
